By making a booking with Cappadocia Guide, you confirm that:

You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You are authorized to make the booking for yourself and, where applicable, for other travelers included in your reservation.
You accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.

The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all travelers in the booking are aware of and accept the applicable terms.

6. Hot Air Balloon Flight Policy
   Important Information About Balloon Flights

Hot air balloon flights are weather-dependent aviation activities.

Flights can operate only when weather and aviation conditions are considered suitable.

For safety reasons, flights may be cancelled due to conditions including:

Strong winds
Fog
Rain
Storms
Poor visibility
Other unsuitable weather conditions
Aviation or operational restrictions

Passenger safety is always the priority.

7. Balloon Flight Cancellation Due to Weather
   Cancellation by Aviation or Operational Authorities

If your scheduled hot air balloon flight cannot operate because weather conditions or aviation restrictions make the flight unsuitable, Cappadocia Trip will offer available options according to your booking conditions.

Depending on availability, these may include:

Option 1: Rescheduling

We will attempt to reschedule your flight to another available date.

Rescheduling is subject to:

Available seats
Weather conditions
Your travel schedule
Operational availability
Option 2: Full Refund

If the flight is officially cancelled due to weather or operational safety restrictions and rescheduling is not possible, you may be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid for the cancelled balloon flight.

No cancellation fee will be charged for a flight cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and financial institution.

Important Note

A weather-related cancellation applies specifically to the balloon flight that has been cancelled.

Other services included in your travel plans may remain subject to their own cancellation policies.

8. Balloon Flight Cancellation by the Guest

Because balloon flights have limited capacity and seats are reserved in advance, the following cancellation policy applies unless different terms are clearly stated during booking.

More Than 48 Hours Before Flight

If you cancel your balloon reservation more than 48 hours before the scheduled flight, you may receive a full refund.

Less Than 48 Hours Before Flight

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled flight time are generally non-refundable.

This is because balloon capacity is limited and reserved passenger places may not be resold at short notice.

No-Show

If a passenger:

Fails to arrive at the designated pickup location,
Is not ready at the confirmed pickup time,
Misses the transportation,
Arrives late for the flight,
Cannot participate due to personal reasons,

the booking may be treated as a No-Show.

No refund will generally be provided for a No-Show.

9. Daily Tour Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to standard shared sightseeing tours, including experiences such as:

Red Tour
Green Tour
Blue Tour

unless different cancellation conditions are stated on the specific product page.

Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time and receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are generally non-refundable.

No-Show

No refund will be provided if you fail to attend the tour at the confirmed pickup time.

10. Activities Cancellation Policy

If an activity cannot operate due to unsafe weather conditions, we will attempt to offer:

3–6 Days Before the Service

Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled service may qualify for a 50% refund.

Less Than 72 Hours

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service are generally non-refundable.

12. Large Group Bookings

Large groups require additional operational planning.

For bookings involving more than 10 participants, special payment and cancellation conditions may apply.
