By booking a service with cappadociaguide.tr, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment
A booking is considered “confirmed” only after we send a formal confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
For private tours and balloon flights, a deposit or full payment may be required in advance to secure the service.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Hot Air Balloon Flights: If a flight is canceled by the Civil Aviation Authority (SHGM) due to weather, you will receive a 100% full refund.
Daily & Private Tours: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour: Non-refundable.
No-Show: If you are not at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, the booking will be treated as a no-show with no refund.
Language Supplements
Standard tours are conducted in English.
Requests for Japanese, Spanish, or other specific languages involve a “Language Supplement Fee” to secure a senior professional guide. This fee is non-refundable if the tour is canceled within the 48-hour window.
Exclusions
Unless explicitly stated, our private tours exclude museum entrance fees and lunch to provide maximum flexibility. These costs are the responsibility of the guest.
Safety and Responsibility
As a professional guide service, we prioritize your safety. However, participants in outdoor activities (ATV, Horseback Riding, Jeeps) do so at their own risk.
We are not responsible for personal items lost or stolen during tours.
Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to change the order of the itinerary or substitute museums (e.g., Zelve instead of Goreme) due to weather, crowds, or official closures, always ensuring the best experience for our guests.
