Located approximately 45 km from the Goreme center, Soganli Valley offers a rustic and historical landscape.
The Difference: Unlike the 150+ balloons in Goreme, here there are at most 15 balloons in the sky. It is peaceful, authentic, and perfect for those who want to see the “Old Cappadocia.”
Cat Valley Flight (The Hidden Gem)
Situated about 30 km from the Goreme center, Cat Valley is famous for its unique rock formations and “pigeon houses.”
The Difference: This is the most exclusive spot with no more than 8 balloons flying simultaneously. If you want a sky all to yourself, this is the place.
The Pinnacle of Serenity: Ihlara Valley Balloon Flight
For those seeking the ultimate “off-the-beaten-path” aerial experience, the Ihlara Valley flight is unmatched. This is not just a flight; it is a journey into the deepest canyon of Anatolia.
Distance: Located approximately 75 km from the Goreme center. (We provide comfortable, early-morning transfers for this route).
Exclusivity: While Goreme’s sky is filled with over 150 balloons, Ihlara is restricted to a maximum of 5 balloons at any given time.
The View: You will float above the lush Melendiz River, ancient rock-cut churches, and the dramatic 100-meter-deep canyon walls. This flight offers a sense of scale and tranquility that is impossible to find elsewhere.
